Dark Times: March 2-4, 2018
>>download schedule<<

Arts on the Fly is extremely excited to present, for the first time, Dark Times: a three-day, three-venue music festival taking over downtown Williams Lake BC, March 2 to 4, 2018. To soothe your aching seasonal affects, or general lack of hope for the human species, Dark Times is a thick blanket of warm harmonies and hip-swaying beats. It is a chance for us to come together, in all our glorious broken forms, tug each others' heart strings, and relish in the possibility that the end is nigh. Tickets are limited -- get yours today!

Dark Times 2018 Lineup:

Parlour Panther, Uschi Tala, Jasper Sloan Yip, Lydia Hol, Leathan Milne, Firewood Poetry, Malcolm Jack, Marin Patenaude, Sam Tudor, Sonya Littlejohn, Cole Patenaude, Drum and Bell Tower, Blocktreat, Dirtnap, Plasteroid, Rowan Dolighan, Apples, One Below, Hattie Ann, M. Lund, Psykababa, and more!

Venues:

All three venues are all-ages and licensed. The bar at the Arts Centre and the Limelight go towards the Cariboo Festival Society and the Arts on the Fly Festival Society, respectively.

The Arts Centre is a 90 seat venue that has been the home-base for our Safety Meeting concert series for the past three years. This lovely intimate space will mostly showcase seated concerts for Dark Times.

The Limelight Theatre is a 150 person venue in the heart of Williams Lake's Oliver Street. During the darkest of times, this is the spot to get down with your bad self.

The Bean Counter Bistro is Williams Lake's favorite caffeine source, located about a block from the other two venues. This 50-ish person venue will provide the space for casual listening, with an eclectic mix of semi-acoustic performers.

Purchase tickets:

Tickets are available right here. Children under 10 are free. Prices are reduced for youth age 11-18, and seniors over 65. All online ticket purchases are will-call only. At the time of the festival, please bring your PayPal receipt and photo ID to the festival gates at the Limelight Theatre to receive your wristband.

SOLD OUT :) :)
